Good news, our loan guy said we got the initial thumbs up from the underwriters. He said he's never seen paperwork go through that fast without any glitches. I'm praying that's accurate and they don't find any last minute snags. Now they're just waiting on the VA inspection reports and a few other minor detes. I leave CO in 15 days (WHAT?) and we are set to close at the end of this month. Please keep us and our house (well, its almost our house) in your thoughts.
