M's brother was in Snowmass for a conference and invited us up.  It was a blast and the babies really love Uncle S!  The trip up was so great, leisurely and lovely.  The trip home (in the snow) was a total nightmare.  Thankfully, we all made it home, 9 hours later, in one piece.

A glimpse of our drive home...

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey were up there too!  We didn't see them b/c Nick is hospitalized (according to people.com).  It would have been fun to run into them.  Our twins are a month apart!  Not like you can just "run into" famous people though.

Such fun and lots or stories to tell them when they're older about their first mtn trip.  We're headed back up before we leave...when the snow starts to taper a bit :)
