We have to be a very discreet when posting about M's job so I had to seriously doctor the names/unit badges and jobs out of this pic. So all we're left with is rank. Its not all that interesting to the average Joe, but names and job badges in the wrong hands can make a HUGE persec/opsec mess. Its all about the puzzle pieces.

Hubby was promoted last month! Well, with the USAF (on the enlisted side) you get word that you were selected for promotion and you get a line number. Anywhere from 1 month to a year between selection for promotion and actually putting on the rank. So, he was promoted in Aug, but doesn't get to wear it until next year sometime.
I'm so proud of him :)
